How it works

  1. Tell us what you have

    Send us a list of what you have and some pictures so we can verify it: equipment type, quantity, make and model, age, condition and location.

  2. Get private quotes

    We send your lot out to vetted buyers in the domestic U.S. marketplace, collect their private quotes, and present them all to you. You accept the most attractive one.

  3. Choose a quote, or none

    If you accept one, we walk you through the transaction step by step, from packing to insured, tracked shipping and the buyer's confirmation of receipt. Depending on your location, the buyer's crew or a packing partner can come pick it up. There's no obligation.

We walk you through every step of the transaction, so you always know what happens next:

  1. Tell us what you have: a list and a few photos
  2. We find a vetted U.S. buyer, and you approve the sale before anything moves. We classify shipping (palletized freight, or boxed for UPS, FedEx or DHL), and that goes out with the bid.
  3. Packing, with two packing options: you can pack it yourself, or the buyer's crew or a packing partner can come grab it and pack it for you. We recommend the second option because these units are delicate. For palletized lots, we recommend having it palletized and ready for pickup, and we can give you a name or send a packing partner to palletize it for you. Boxed shipments get arranged the same way, so everything is ready to go.
  4. Insured, tracked shipping
  5. Confirming the buyer received everything that was inventoried
  6. Payment is released once the buyer confirms receipt. Before you accept a quote, we tell you exactly how payment is made.

Our job is to bring bidders to you and help you get the highest bid, from the buyer who gives you the most for your equipment.

We find the buyer and set up the transaction. We facilitate the market outreach, getting your equipment in front of vetted U.S. buyers that most companies don't have access to on their own.

Nothing out of pocket

Sellers pay nothing out of pocket. Our fee for service is included in the sales price from the buyer.
